3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or product defects (subject to stock availability).

If the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
